Gabrielle Cetrulo Porter is the Founder and Executive Director of the Brick Township Arts Council (BTAC). She graduated from Rider University with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Entertainment Industries Management and graduated from Ocean County College with an Associates degree in Arts Sciences focusing on Graphic Design. Gabrielle has worked closely with many arts organizations, nonprofit and for profits, where she gained many new skills which led her to creating BTAC. Growing up in South Jersey, Gabrielle noticed that there were no creative outlets for youth to go for free programming to learn a new skill / have a safe space to go as well as a studio space for adults to independently or collaboratively work on their designed hobbies. That is her dream. To create a safe space where youth who aren’t involved in sports have a space to go to be creative and provide that workshop for non established adults to work on their creations. Gabrielle used her knowledge in the arts to develop this space and open the door for new opportunities for youth and adults who need guidance through their art journey.
